We are currently recruiting a Cost Control Engineer to work at our Rayong branch.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
· Prepare and track project budgets, analyze cost variances between planned and actual expenses, and provide regular cost reports and forecasts.
· Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and subcontractors to manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
· Verify subcontractor payment claims and supporting documentation.
· Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions to maintain project financial performance.
· Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgets, including expense forecasting and cost planning.
· Analyze cost data and prepare financial and cost control reports for management review.
· Prepare supporting documentation for progress payment submissions and client invoicing.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost control concepts.
· Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
· 1–5 years of experience in cost control, project budgeting, or manufacturing cost analysis (preferred).
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
· Good Communication English skills
