It's a unique community concept to foster a healthy living in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere spanning on 256 hectares. It will provide a quality living environment combined with the first class commercial, entertainment and community facilities. Building people’s dreams is our target by establishing a cohesive

framework of parks and outdoor spaces as the underlying structure of the city where people can live, work and play. Bringing Tunisian and tourists together to create a vibrant landmark destination, our intention is to create a smart city with innovative technologies and encourage high quality design and construction practice.
