Smart Fixator® provides surgeons with a versatile planning interface to define the desired anatomical references with precision.

The mid-diaphyseal axis can be identified using the Center-Line Finder, while Free Point Positioning and T-Shape Articular Surface Referencing offer additional options for adapting the planning process to different deformities and anatomical conditions.

Once the planning is complete, the Correction Simulation allows the surgeon to visualize the expected final alignment before starting the correction.

UniPlasty® offers a joint-preserving approach for gradual correction in high tibial osteotomy.

With an approximately 2 cm incision, no permanent implant, and no implant removal surgery, the system is designed to minimize soft tissue disruption while maintaining controlled and precise correction.

Following successful correction of the left leg, the patient returned for treatment of the right leg with the same UniPlasty® approach performed by Dr. Ahmet KEKEÇ.

Great first day at POSNA Annual Meeting.

It was a pleasure meeting members of the pediatric orthopaedic community and seeing the strong interest in our latest developments for Smart Fixator® – Circular & Hexapod System and UniPlasty®.

The discussions around surgeon-friendly workflow improvements, newly designed components, and comprehensive deformity solutions were especially valuable for us.
