Maintenance Tip!
Regular lubrication of your 3D printer’s rods reduces friction and wear in the linear motion system, helping maintain smooth movement, extend component lifespan, and ensure consistent print performance.
To keep your printer performing at its best over the long term, we recommend wiping the rods with a clean cloth and lubricating them approximately every 15 days.
By the way… when was the last time you lubricated your printer’s rods? 🤭

High speed, stability, and controlled motion…
One of the most important factors defining the performance of modern desktop 3D printers is the kinematic system behind them.

So how does CoreXY actually work, and why has it become such a widely preferred system in performance-oriented 3D printers? 🔎

18/05/2026

Zaxe CEO and co-founder Baki Gezgen spoke about the role of desktop 3D printers in the democratization of manufacturing on TRT World’s technology-focused program NextTech, whose topic this week was 3D printers.

350°C nozzle temperature is not just a higher number

It means:

⚙️ access to more engineering-grade materials,
🦾 stronger parts,
📈 wider manufacturing possibilities.
From PA12-CF to PPS-CF, many high performance polymers are preferred for applications requiring heat resistance, rigidity, and dimensional accuracy.

So, what’s your most frequently used material? 👀

At Solarex Istanbul 2026, a microgrid model produced entirely with the Zaxe Z3S by Zaxe user Yasin Akçiçek Yasin Akçiçek was exhibited at the YESS Power stand.

The model attracted strong attention throughout the exhibition and showed how large-scale industrial products can also be presented in a practical, mobile, and highly impressive way with 3D printing.

We would like to thank Yess Power for hosting us at their stand. We were also happy to visit our business partners in the energy sector and see how 3D printing is already creating value in production and R&D.

3D printing continues to unlock powerful opportunities across industries.

Introducing Zaxe Z4 | Speed

Speed matters when production cannot wait. With up to 700 mm/s speed on both toolheads, Zaxe Z4 is built to keep workflows moving faster. This high-speed architecture helps reduce waiting time, accelerate production, and deliver a more efficient printing experience from start to finish. Because productivity should never wait.

Introducing Zaxe Z4 | Privacy

With an AI chip built directly into its mainboard, Zaxe Z4 processes print monitoring on the device itself instead of sending data to the cloud. That means faster analysis, stronger control, and a more privacy-focused workflow for your production environment. Because your data should stay yours.

Introducing Zaxe Z4 | Active Heated Chamber

Engineering materials need more than high nozzle temperatures, they also need a stable print environment. Z4’s Active Heated Chamber maintains internal temperatures up to 60°C to help reduce warping, layer separation, and internal stress. The result is more reliable, more predictable output, especially on large or long-duration prints.

Stability first. A rigid die-cast gantry reduces structural deflection under high acceleration, and CoreXY-UV keeps motion controlled through fast direction changes. Speed becomes the result, not the compromise.
