People always ask me, “Why did you start Chef Easy?”
For the last two months, I’ve been showing up at supermarkets, pop-ups, and sampling days, and that is one question I keep getting.
The truth is, if my friends and family know two things about me, they know I love to travel and I love food.
For my 28th birthday, I had my first Brazilian steakhouse experience. So much meat, so many different flavours, and unlimited options. I remember thinking, “I would love to create something like this for my country and the Caribbean, but with the flavours we enjoy.”
That’s really where the idea started.
I wanted to create seasonings that make cooking easier. Something a tired professional could use after a long day. Something a homemaker could use when they still want food to taste good but don’t want to stand in the kitchen guessing what to add. No added salt, green seasoning or other spices... one pack and done.
After 11 formulations, here I am, showing up every day, serving you, and living out what I believe is an answered prayer.
So when people ask me why, it’s simple: Just because we love to cook does not mean we have to spend long hours in the kitchen to get a tasty meal. I wanted all of us to "chef easy." No added salt, green seasoning or other spices... one pack and done.
