Leadership Starts With Us.

Leadership isn’t about creating followers. It’s about creating leaders.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been watching women grow into confident professionals. Some joined LSA Healthcare Services with little experience, while others simply needed someone to believe in their potential.

Today, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team of women from their early twenties to their mid-forties—who make up our management and administrative team. Each brings unique strengths, perspectives, and talents, and watching them develop has been one of my greatest accomplishments as a leader.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.

When we invest in people, we don’t just build stronger teams we build stronger leaders.

As women, we rise higher when we choose to encourage rather than compete, mentor rather than judge, and celebrate one another’s success.

Changing the conversation starts in the classroom. 💗

We had the pleasure of visiting Aranguez TIA Primary School to speak with the Standard 4 and Standard 5 boys and girls about menstrual health, hygiene, and respect.

As SEA results approaches, it's important that every student feels confident, informed, and supported. By educating both boys and girls, we're helping to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and create a more inclusive, understanding environment where every child can thrive.
