「喜願共合國」（喜願社區協力農業營生群組）自2014.6在電費不斷調漲的過程中，已充分意識「狗吠火車」的無奈與「坐而言不如起而行」。「能源自主」惟有透過實踐的過程，重新檢視與驗證，因地制宜建構出各地不同風土場域的運作系統。謹以此分享與記錄，在嘗試與挑戰的過程中一些數據與點滴！
