เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ บริษัทฯ ได้รับรายงานจากตลาดว่า ในประเทศไทยมีบุคคลหรือองค์กรบางรายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงช่องทางที่ใช้ชื่อแบรนด์ “AON” ได้กล่าวอ้างต่อสาธารณะว่าสินค้าที่ตนจำหน่ายเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตหรือจัดจำหน่ายโดยแบรนด์ TOP จากไต้หวัน
เพื่อรักษาชื่อเสียงของแบรนด์ TOP และเพื่อคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้รถแต่ง สำนักแต่งรถมืออาชีพ และผู้บริโภค สำนักงานใหญ่ TOP ไต้หวันจึงขอออกแถลงการณ์อย่างเป็นทางการดังต่อไปนี้
1. ความถูกต้องของแบรนด์ TOP และสิทธิ์ในเครื่องหมายการค้า
TOP เป็นแบรนด์สำหรับการใช้งานสมรรถนะสูงที่บริษัท CHORNG KO CO.,LTD ประเทศไต้หวัน ใช้อย่างเป็นทางการและได้จดทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
สินค้าของแท้ภายใต้แบรนด์ TOP ทั้งหมด รวมถึงก้านสูบสมรรถนะสูงทุกซีรีส์ ล้วนได้รับการวิจัย พัฒนา ผลิต ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต และตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยโรงงานของบริษัทฯ ในไต้หวัน
บริษัทฯ ไม่เคยอนุญาตให้โรงงานใด ๆ นอกประเทศไต้หวันผลิตสินค้าภายใต้ชื่อแบรนด์ TOP สินค้าใด ๆ รวมถึงชิ้นส่วนกึ่งสำเร็จรูป ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างเป็นทางการจากบริษัทฯ แต่มีการกล่าวอ้างว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับแหล่งผลิต โรงงานผลิต หรือห่วงโซ่อุปทานของ TOP จะไม่ถือเป็นสินค้าที่ได้รับการรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการจากบริษัทฯ
2. การชี้แจงและตัดความเกี่ยวข้องกับช่องทางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AON
สำนักงานใหญ่ TOP ไต้หวันขอแถลงอย่างเป็นทางการว่า
บริษัทฯ ไม่เคยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจ ความร่วมมือทางเทคนิค การอนุญาตให้ใช้แบรนด์ หรือการจัดหาสินค้าใด ๆ กับบุคคล บริษัท หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใต้ชื่อ AON
ดังนั้น สินค้าที่จำหน่ายผ่านช่องทางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AON และมีการกล่าวอ้างว่าเป็น “แบรนด์ TOP ไต้หวัน” จึงไม่ใช่สินค้าที่ผลิต อนุญาต จัดจำหน่าย หรือรับประกันโดย TOP ไต้หวัน
สำหรับคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย ความเหมาะสมของสเปก ผลจากการติดตั้ง บริการหลังการขาย รวมถึงสถานการณ์ใด ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการดัดแปลง การประกอบร่วมกับชิ้นส่วนอื่น การใช้งาน การติดตั้ง หรือปัจจัยอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าที่มาจากแหล่งที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตดังกล่าว TOP ไต้หวันจะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
3. ช่องทางความร่วมมือและช่องทางที่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างเป็นทางการในประเทศไทย
เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพของสินค้า ความถูกต้องของแหล่งที่มา และบริการหลังการขาย ช่องทางความร่วมมือและช่องทางที่ TOP ไต้หวันรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการในตลาดประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันมีดังต่อไปนี้

สำหรับสินค้าที่ไม่ได้ซื้อผ่านช่องทางที่บริษัทฯ รับรองอย่างเป็นทางการ บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถยืนยันแหล่งที่มา สเปก วัสดุ หรือสถานะคุณภาพของสินค้าได้ และจะไม่ให้การรับประกันอย่างเป็นทางการหรือการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคใด ๆ

4. เกี่ยวกับการใช้ชื่อแบรนด์ TOP โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
การใช้ชื่อแบรนด์ เครื่องหมายการค้า แหล่งกำเนิดสินค้า หรือชื่อผู้ผลิต “TOP” โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือการกล่าวอ้างต่อสาธารณะว่าสินค้าดังกล่าวผลิต จัดจำหน่าย หรือได้รับอนุญาตโดย TOP ไต้หวัน ถือเป็นการกระทำที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างร้ายแรงต่อชื่อเสียงของแบรนด์และระเบียบของตลาด
บริษัทฯ ได้เริ่มดำเนินการรวบรวมหลักฐานและประเมินแนวทางทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการทางกฎหมายต่อบุคคล บริษัท หรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง

【Official Statement from TOP Taiwan】

Official Statement Regarding TOP Trademark Rights and Unauthorized Products in the Thai Market

Recently, we have received market reports that certain unauthorized individuals or organizations in Thailand, including channels operating under the name “AON,” have publicly claimed that the products they sell are manufactured or supplied by the TOP brand from Taiwan.
In order to protect the reputation of the TOP brand and to safeguard the product safety of motorcycle enthusiasts, professional tuning shops, and consumers, TOP Taiwan hereby issues the following official statement:
1. TOP Brand Authenticity and Trademark Rights
TOP is a high-performance application brand officially used and legally registered by CHORNG KO CO.,LTD. in Taiwan.
All genuine TOP products, including high-strength connecting rod series, are developed, manufactured, process-controlled, and quality-inspected by our own factory in Taiwan.
We have not authorized any factory outside Taiwan to manufacture products under the TOP brand name. Any product, including semi-finished products, that is not officially authorized by us but claims to be related to TOP’s production source, manufacturing factory, or supply chain is not an officially recognized product of our company.
2. Official Clarification Regarding AON
TOP Taiwan hereby officially states:

TOP Taiwan has never had any business relationship, technical cooperation, brand authorization, or product supply arrangement with any individual, company, or entity operating under the name “AON.”

Accordingly, any products sold or promoted by AON and claimed to be “TOP Taiwan” products are not manufactured, authorized, supplied, or warranted by TOP Taiwan.

TOP Taiwan assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, specification compatibility, installation results, after-sales service, or any consequences arising from modification, combination with other parts, use, installation, or any other factors related to such unauthorized products.

3. Official Cooperation and Authorized Channels in Thailand
To ensure product quality, authenticity of origin, and after-sales service, the current officially recognized cooperation and authorized channels of TOP Taiwan in the Thai market are as follows:

SKS RACING Series Products
Designed by SKS and OEM-manufactured by TOP Taiwan.

Saatiam
Authorized distributor of the TOP Taiwan brand in Thailand, with Saatiam-designed products OEM-manufactured by TOP Taiwan.

Consumers, tuning shops, and distributors who wish to verify product origin, authorization status, or warranty eligibility should contact the above official channels.
For products not purchased through officially recognized channels, we are unable to verify their source, specifications, materials, or quality status, and we will not provide any official warranty or technical support.
4. Regarding Unauthorized Use of the TOP Brand Name
Any unauthorized use of the “TOP” brand, trademark, country of origin, or manufacturer identity, or any public claim that such products are manufactured, supplied, or authorized by TOP Taiwan, has seriously affected our brand reputation and market order.
We have begun collecting relevant evidence and conducting legal assessment, and we reserve the right to take legal action against the relevant individuals, companies, or organizations.
TOP Taiwan reminds professional tuning shops, distributors, and vehicle owners in the Thai market that when purchasing high-strength connecting rod products, they should verify the product source and official authorization channels to ensure product quality, installation safety, and after-sales protection.

近日我司接獲市場回報，泰國市場有特定未授權個人或組織，包含以 “AON” 品牌為名義之相關渠道，對外宣稱其銷售之產品為台灣 TOP 品牌所製造或供應。

為維護 TOP 品牌商譽，並保障改裝玩家、專業改裝廠與消費者之產品安全，台灣 TOP 總部特此發表以下正式聲明：

1. TOP 品牌正統性與商標權

TOP 為台灣崇谷工業股份有限公司正式使用與合法註冊之高階應用品牌。

所有正牌 TOP 產品，包含高強度連桿系列，皆由我司台灣本廠進行研發、生產、製程控管與品質檢驗。

我司未授權任何台灣以外之工廠，以 TOP 品牌名義生產相關產品。任何未經我司正式授權而宣稱與 TOP 生產來源、製造工廠或供應鏈有關之產品(包含半成品)，皆非我司官方認可產品。

2. 與 AON 相關渠道之正式切割

台灣 TOP 總部在此正式聲明：

我司從未與名為 AON 之個人、公司或相關實體有任何形式之商業往來、技術合作、品牌授權或貨源供應關係。

因此，AON 相關渠道所銷售並宣稱為「TOP 台灣品牌」之產品，並非由台灣 TOP 生產、授權、供應或保固之產品。

針對該等未授權來源產品之品質、安全性、規格適配性、安裝結果、售後服務，以及因任何改裝、搭配、使用、安裝或其他因素可能引發的任何情況，台灣 TOP 概不負責。

3. 泰國市場官方合作與授權渠道

為確保產品品質、來源真實性與售後服務，台灣 TOP 在泰國市場目前正式認可之合作與授權渠道如下：

4. 關於未授權使用 TOP 品牌名義之行為

任何未經授權使用「TOP」品牌、商標、產地、製造商名義，或對外宣稱其產品由台灣 TOP 生產、供應或授權之行為，均已嚴重影響我司品牌商譽與市場秩序。

我司已啟動相關證據蒐集與法律評估，並保留對相關個人、公司或組織採取法律行動之權利。

台灣 TOP 提醒泰國市場之專業改裝廠、經銷商與車主，購買高強度連桿產品時，請務必確認產品來源與官方授權渠道，以確保產品品質、安裝安全與售後保障。
