Нашими інженерами-проектувальниками виконано розрахунок каркасу будівлі гуртожитку на моєливість надбудови додаткових двох поверхів і зміни цільового призначення на житлову будівлю. Нажаль, розрахунок показав, що в нинішній конфігурації конструктивних елементів, переміщення фундаментів і армування колон на перших поверхах виходять за межі нормативних. Але реконфігурація будівлі і посилення фундаментів можуть покращити ситуацію.

Після зимової паузи продовжується будівництво храму на Харківському шосе за нашим проектом. Наразі побудовані всі опорні монолітні конструкції - балочна система для підтримки півкуполів, основний контур для обпирання центрального куполу. В процесі роботи по будівництву бічних арок.

Після декількох коригувань, виконано проект навісу над великим балконом в медичному закладі Києва. Металевий каркас розроблено з врахуванням контуру балкону і форми покрівлі будівлі закладу. На покрівлі планується монтаж сонячних панелей.

Завершено проект складської будівлі в Гостомелі. Металевий каркас на монолітному фундаменті. Запроектовано велику кількість контурних навісів для додаткових зон складування ззовні будівлі. Також, нову будівлю, за допомогою суміщеного проїзду, об'єднано з вже існуючою на ділянці.

Нашою командою запроектовано невелику торгівельну будівлю в селі Рославичі. Монолітний фундамент враховує рел'єф ділянки, металевий каркас і покриття з сендвіч-панелей. Наразі вже завершується будівництво каркасу будівлі.

Проект складської будівлі в Гостомелі, який реалізувала наша команда рік тому. Проектування було ускладнено рел'єфом, проводився ітераційний підбір фундаментів, але згодом оптимальне рішення було знайдено. Будівля має повний металевий каркас.

Майже три роки продовжувалась робота над проектом. Але не дивлячись на агресію РФ, замовники і наша команда завершили цей надзвичайно складний проект. В нього входить 3 будівлі промислового типу з повними металевими каркасами в селі Калинівка, Бучанського району. Наразі триває будівництво об'єкту.

Продовжуються будівельні роботи в Чабанах. В ТРЦ 1 секція майже готова, інші набирають оберти. 9й Житловий Квартал вже має 2 секції майже в повній готовності і вже готовий цокольний поверх по всім іншим секціям.
