Happy Birthday to me🎂

This one hits different.

I won't pretend this was my best year. It was honestly one of the harder ones, not because life fell apart, but because some lessons don't come with applause. They come quietly, and they cost you something.

There are things I had to walk away from. Situations I had to stop forcing. Versions of myself I had to outgrow, even when it wasn't comfortable, even when part of me wanted to hold on.

The past four months especially were heavy. I felt tired in a way sleep couldn't fix. Carrying things nobody could see, wondering if I was moving in the right direction or just moving to feel like I was doing something. That feeling stayed longer than I expected.

But here I am.

And I can't say that without talking about God. Because He has been faithful even when I didn't know what to pray for. Through the uncertainty, the quiet struggles, the days I felt completely unseen, He was still there. Still working. I don't take that lightly.

Still standing. Still believing the best is ahead. Still me.

This year was less about what I built and more about what I let go of. Less about arriving somewhere and more about learning who I am when things don't go according to plan.

I'm stepping into this new year hopeful and intentional. Not with all the answers, just with a grateful heart and the belief that what's ahead is worth showing up for.

To another year. THANK YOU GOD

The Code Foundations Series by Bashir
Building Strong Foundations in Flutter & Python
“I’m building. I’m learning. Let’s grow together.”

Let’s be honest, getting mentorship in tech is hard. Finding the right people to learn from, work with, and grow alongside? Even harder.

You might feel stuck, copying tutorials without understanding, or overwhelmed by tools like Flutter, Python, and others. That’s exactly why I created "The Code Foundations Series by Bashir", a space where we learn together, share knowledge, and grow as developers.

This isn’t just about coding. It’s about:
- Understanding the fundamentals of Python & Flutter
- Exploring the tools that developers actually use
- Building projects that give you real experience
- Learning how to learn effectively because that skill will take you further than any single language or tool
- Developing the mindset that makes strong, confident developers

Vision:
To create a community of passionate, skilled developers who grow together, build meaningful projects, and gain practical skills in Tech.

Mission
- To share knowledge and practical guidance in programming
- To mentor beginners and youth, helping them navigate challenges and grow confidently.
- To provide a supportive space for collaboration, learning, and skill-building.
- To empower members to create opportunities, earn from their skills, and build impactful projects.

This is a space where you can ask questions without fear, experiment without pressure, and actually get better at building things that matter.

Looking Back Before Moving Forward

2025 walked beside me, sometimes gently, sometimes loudly, and other times with a firm nudge I didn’t ask for.

From January to December, 2025 stretched me, surprised me, and quietly reshaped parts of me I didn’t even know needed work.

There were achievements that stood out, not because they happened, but because of what they demanded:

consistency when motivation was missing,
courage when the outcome wasn’t clear, and
showing up even when the plan was… still loading.

Mentorship became a gift. Learning from those ahead of me, and realizing sometimes unexpectedly, that I also had something worth sharing.
Growth stopped being about knowing more and started being about becoming better.

I boarded planes this year carrying more questions than answers. Somewhere between takeoff and landing, lessons found me. Perspective shifted. Patience grew. And I never returned the same way I left.

Projects were built. Some worked beautifully. Some crashed, taught me lessons, and asked politely to be rebuilt. All sharpened discipline, patience, and problem-solving.

There were conflicts and reveals, hard conversations, competing expectations, truths about people and priorities I could no longer ignore. Some were freeing. Some stung. All were necessary.

I spoke this year, Sharing my journey, lessons, and belief in growth. One moment stood out not because of the stage, but because of the shift it created. Impact comes from honesty, not perfection.

I gained new friends —real ones. I lost some too, not through drama, but through seasons changing. That hurt, but it taught me alignment matters more than history.

There were tears, Quiet ones for loved ones we lost.
Grief softened me, and love stayed.

Some relationships didn’t work out. Not because they failed, but because truth finally showed up. Letting go wasn’t easy, but peace made it worth it.

There were graduations, Some visible, some deeply personal. Knowledge gained, leadership stretched, confidence matured, mindsets shifted.

Silent shifts happened too, The kind no one applauds, but everything changes because of them.

2025 moved with me, steady, intentional, revealing. And honesty built the foundation for everything that followed.

As I step forward, I’m carrying lessons earned, wisdom gained, and a deeper sense of self. Less noise. More purpose. Clearer focus.

The next chapter doesn’t need to be louder — it just needs to be truer. And I’m ready for it. 🫡

Happy Birthday to me.

A quiet moment to reflect on how far

I’ve come and how much I’ve grown.

Each year adds something new to my story — strength, lessons, and faith that doesn’t shake.

I’ve faced some tough times, but they’ve made me stronger.

I’ve learned to stay calm in chaos and to appreciate every step forward.

My dreams are bigger, my vision is clearer, and I’m moving with purpose.

This year, I’m stepping into a new chapter with more focus, more peace, and more confidence.

It’s not just another year — it’s another level.

I feel more grounded and more connected to who I really am.

The journey goes on, and I’m here for all of it.

Becoming more of who I was meant to be.

With God guiding me and purpose driving me,
the best isn’t behind me — it’s within me and still ahead.

A new chapter begins, and I’m ready for it.

Let’s be real, Mindset isn’t just a feeling. it’s something you build. People talk about mindset like it’s some magical energy that appears when you light a candle, write in a journal, or say affirmations. But the truth is, mindset isn’t about occasional habits—it’s about everyday choices.

You don’t get mentally stronger just by wishing for it. You grow by showing up, making the right decisions, and pushing through challenges.

- It happens when you stay focused, even when no one’s cheering you on.
- It happens when you say no to distractions because your goals matter.
- It happens when you choose patience over frustration and consistency over motivation.

Mindset isn’t always about feeling confident. Sometimes, it’s just about doing what needs to be done, especially on tough days.

And here’s the truth:
You won’t always feel inspired. You won’t always feel clear. But if you train your mindset, it will carry you through.

Instead of looking for the next motivation boost, start taking small, consistent steps toward your goals.

That’s how real growth happens—one choice at a time.

Is Our Education System Keeping Up?

Universities teach students how to write CVs, prepare for interviews, and get “job-ready.” But when will they start teaching how to create opportunities instead of just applying for them?

It’s 2025, yet business students still learn outdated theories while the world has moved on. Today, digital skills, personal branding, and entrepreneurship drive success, but universities continue to focus on training job seekers instead of innovators.

People are making a living from skills learned outside of school—content creation, digital marketing, software development, and consulting. Meanwhile, many graduates struggle to find jobs because they were never taught how to adapt to the modern economy.

A laptop today is more valuable than many degrees. It can be used to edit videos, design graphics, build websites, and even run businesses. Yet, most students only use theirs for assignments and entertainment.

Universities should be teaching students how to monetize their skills, build online businesses, and create value—not just how to pass exams.

But they don’t, because as long as students keep enrolling, the system stays profitable. Education has become more of a business than a tool for empowerment.

The world is changing fast. When will our education system catch up?

The truth about software development: it's often one of the loneliest and most demanding jobs. The mental toughness it takes to consistently produce quality work, often without recognition, is beyond measure. Even when the impact isn't fully appreciated, we keep pushing forward.

But here's the key that unlocks the next level: Understanding.

It's not just about writing code — it's about understanding the purpose behind every design, every principle, and every decision. Software design isn't a one-time task; it's an ongoing process that evolves with every change in context. What worked yesterday might not work today, and that's okay — it's part of the journey.

The real power lies in knowing why we design the way we do, and using that understanding to adapt, grow, and improve.

Keep learning, keep building, and never stop refining your craft.

Learning to speak code! ⌨️

Once upon a time, this screen with all the writing was a big mystery to me. I didn't understand a single thing! But guess what? By watching lessons, trying lots of things, and fixing mistakes, I'm slowly starting to figure it out.
Now, when I write code, it feels like I'm giving instructions to a special machine. It's like building something cool, one line at a time! There are still challenges, but seeing myself improve makes me want to learn even more. Who knows, maybe someday I'll be able to create amazing things with code!
