A lot of people with some capital are jumping into farming expecting quick returns in six months. But farming isn't like buying real estate or running a transport business with a fleet of trucks—it’s a completely different ballgame.
We need to make a clear distinction between a planter and a grower:
👉 Planters prepare the land, plant seeds, w**d, and wait to harvest. That’s just executing tasks.
👉 Growers focus on the foundation: the soil. They actively feed and nurture soil health to build strong, healthy plants that naturally resist pests and produce high yields.
Farming is a full-time, professional job. It requires your complete attention, real technical skill, and serious patience. You cannot manage it remotely on auto-pilot and expect massive returns overnight.
If you want to succeed in agriculture, change the mindset. Stop treating it like a quick investment scheme and start treating it like the full-time profession it really is. 🌿🚜
