JAC Construction, LLC Is proud to show off this very extensive addition/remodel job we did in 2025! It Involved a 30'x20' Vaulted addition on a 150+ year old historical farm home. Originally an all ballon framed 2 story home with extensive loadbearing wall work and a full basement that required under pinning of old foundation to add a full basement under the new addition. We made the ceiling height match flawlessly throughout the entire lower level of the existing home, which was originally 10 + feet to transition into the vaulted area of the new addition. Also leveled floors to make everything flow even throughout the lower level without transitions.
The project involved extensive demo work, all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, insulation, interior wall replacement, painting, custom trim finishes, high end kitchen cabinets, flooring, masonry work in the fireplace, custom stairwell/railing work, textured ceilings, all new paint, interior doors, solid surface countertops, and appliances.
We didn't stop there; the exterior was a complete remodel as well. Involving premium siding, windows, doors, all new soffit ladders to make the soffits all the exact same, facia color match gutters and custom window framing to mimic the existing windows on the original home to make it appear original. Turning this project into an amazing home without being able to tell it was ever done in the first place.
With JAC we do our absolute best to make your home look brand new. With countless years of experience in doing so. We are a general contractor and builder/remodeler. This means that even though we do sub out some of the work, we always do something on the job ourselves. In this case we did all the demo, framing, flooring, and all of the exterior work. This is the same with most of our jobs. Our subs come in as soon as its ready for them and do work simultaneously while work is being performed on the outside making the job move efficiently across the board. Like all big remodels we are a met with unforeseen issues that need addressed and we do our best to keep up with them as they arise.
This home turned out amazing and our customers are very pleased with the end results. I want to thank all who were involved with this project and the homeowner's willingness to conform with the challenge's that arose.

JAC Construction, LLC is proud to show off another turn-key custom home build. This home was unique in such a way that it is 100% zero entry though-out. Only 3 thresholds in its entirety. These customers like so many are getting to the age where in the foreseeable future they will need help living life. The options presented to them for assisted living were very expensive and basically throwing money away with no benefits in doing so for their legacy and family. Having the land available made the decision to build easier knowing that they would be passing down yet another asset to their family.
In this Home we provided some big ticket, and efficient options for them to live at low cost, low maintenance, and comfortable lifestyle with in-floor heat, and split mini cooling system through-out home and attached garage. Whole house generator. Maintenance free roof with high temp rated self-healing membrane, and steel roofing system for a minimum of 40 years of no worries.
