We lost on this one 😞 partially because financing fell through on multiple offers but mostly because we have to make sure every property bearing our name meets our exceptionally high standards! We made more repairs than our budget allowed, but we needed to make sure it was right!

Unlike some house flippers who might compromise on quality or safety to expedite a sale, our aim is to build a lasting brand reputation.

We had the pleasure of building a retirement home for the sweetest couple! They knew exactly what they wanted which helped get this home built in 5 months!

Unfortunately, we didn’t get pictures before they moved in.

Here is a look at their master shower! Everything was made wheelchair accessible including a roll up master vanity!

We hope they enjoy their new home!
