Quality Air got a unique call this morning from an apartment complex owner stating that they have 12 units that need to be looked at and that we were recommended to them by a friend as being the best A/C company in Alexandria.

When Mr. James asked where they were located......

Caller: Washington

James: Washington?.....Washington, Louisiana???

Caller: Louisiana???...No...Washington, D.C.🤔

James: I'll be right there lol. Give me about 11 1/2 hours!🤣

Caller: I thought they meant that you were from Alexandria, Virginia.🤦😆😅🤣
