A customer called and said their air conditioner was not cooling and they thought the compressor wasn’t working. Ronnie took the condenser panels off and revealed the problem, it was this blanket of dirt around the condenser coil blocking air flow. After cleaning off the blanket of dirt, the AC was back to working in normal operation.

A poly fusion project! We tapped in to the 3” poly main and reduced to 1” to run a new gas line for a fireplace. Now the residents of this dormitory will be able to enjoy a nice fire and a book to study for exams, or worst case, emergency heat if the power ever goes out.

We found cracks in the heat exchanger on this old heat and air package unit. It was more feasible to replace the unit than repair. These customers are now enjoying the benefits of increased efficiency with their new unit.
