10 years. That's how long Bryce has been showing up, building systems, and helping people grow at KEP.

As our Business Operations Manager out of Cincinnati, Bryce's favorite part of the job isn't the systems themselves — it's what they make possible. Helping teams work better, developing individuals, and setting the next group up to step into their best opportunities.

On the future of KEP? He's fired up.
"We're growing extremely fast, especially with Tritrade. It creates room for people to step up, take on more responsibility, and grow their careers."

When he's not building better operations, you'll find Bryce out on the trails — bike riding with his family. Fall is his season, and if he could sit down with anyone, it'd be Jocko Willink. (Discipline, leadership, and a lifetime of notes — can't blame him.)

A decade in and still building. That's the KEP way.

Today we celebrated David Teike’s last day before retirement with a pitch-in potluck and a one-hour shutdown to bring everyone in from the field to send him off the right way.
David has been a cornerstone of this market. His knowledge of the municipalities and willingness to share that experience has helped all of us grow and succeed. He’s made a lasting impact on this team, and it won’t be the same without him. He will truly be missed.
