Progress continues at the Dayton Police West Patrol Station!

The project is nearing completion as the new asphalt parking lot has now been paved and striped, giving the site a finished look and bringing the vision to life. Exterior finishes on the building are nearly complete, and the final site improvements are wrapping up as we move closer to the finish line.

We’re proud to be part of a project that will serve the City of Dayton and support the officers and staff who serve the community every day.

Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center in Miamisburg is really starting to come to life.

From the air, you can now see the full layout and scale of the water park taking shape. The pools are formed, the new entrance canopy is coming together, and crews are actively preparing the deck areas for concrete placement.

Every week brings another major step forward, and it’s exciting to see this project continue transforming from vision to reality. Great work by the entire team pushing this one ahead.

We are hard at work and dedicated to completing this major transformation of the existing building into a modern, functional sheriff's office designed to better serve the community for years to come.

🚧 Work is officially underway on the future Harrison Township District substation for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office at 6001 N. Dixie Drive.

Brumbaugh Construction, Inc. is gutting the building and getting it ready for major transformation as crews begin creating a modern new home for the deputies who serve Harrison Township.

The $1.8 million project is funded primarily through a $950,000 state grant and a $250,000 Montgomery County, Ohio grant, with the remaining costs covered through the township’s general fund.

The project is expected to take about 180 days to complete. Importantly, no police levy funds are being used for this project.

This warehouse addition was designed around one priority: uninterrupted operational flow.

• Over 50,000 square feet
• 100+ foot rafter spans between columns
• No interior firewalls
• Fully fire-suppressed
• No heating or cooling

For operations managers, fewer walls and fewer columns mean better storage flexibility, cleaner material flow, and long-term adaptability.

Achieving that kind of open footprint at this scale requires serious structural planning.

Because the building is unheated, the entire fire suppression system had to be a dry system - protecting the facility without risk of freezing. At this square footage, that also meant installing a large-capacity booster pump to meet suppression demand.
