Architectural Designer / Intern / Drafter (Part-Time)

Qualifications:
· Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and ability to learn village permitting portals. Please address your familiarity with these programs in your cover letter
· Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Interest in pursuing a degree in Architecture, Construction, or Interior Design
· Self-motivated and eager learner, with an aptitude to grow and develop within the field
· Active driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with other design team members in the integrated design process for various single family residential projects ( New homes, additions, renovations)
· Assist lead Architect and Interior Designer with various project & office duties.
· Correct and update designs as needed in Revit.
· Work with village officials and handle tasks/paperwork required for permitting.
· Documenting Existing conditions and 3D modeling for schematic design, design development, Construction documents and permitting.
· Works hours TBD
Pay:
· Hourly ($15-$25/Hour) dependent on experience.
