Meet the owners of Phase One Construction Services LLC
Amberly Gamble
With 10 years of experience in the customer service, restoration and construction industry, Amberly Gamble brings a well-rounded understanding of both the field and business sides of reconstruction to Phase One Construction Services.
Amberly began her career working in contents restoration before transitioning into water mitigation, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and earned her WRT, ASD, and AMRT certifications. Her background in mitigation and restoration gives her a unique understanding of the entire insurance restoration process — from the initial loss through reconstruction and final completion.
Today, Amberly manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep Phase One moving forward. She handles estimating, administration, office management, and project management, working closely with clients, insurance professionals, vendors, and our field team to keep projects organized, communicated, and moving toward completion.
Amberly takes pride in helping clients navigate what can often be an overwhelming reconstruction process and believes that clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people behind every project are just as important as the finished product.
Outside of work, Amberly's favorite role is simply being with her family. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children, making memories together and enjoying life outside of the office.
For Amberly, Phase One represents the opportunity to combine years of industry experience with a more personal approach to construction — building a company where clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Eddie Simpson
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Eddie Simpson brings extensive hands-on knowledge, craftsmanship, and leadership to Phase One Construction Services. As a Master Carpenter, Eddie has built his career around quality workmanship, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Eddie works primarily in the field, where his experience allows him to oversee projects, support our crews, and ensure the details and craftsmanship behind each project meet Phase One's standards. From intricate finish carpentry and custom woodworking to complex reconstruction projects, Eddie's skill and experience are an important part of what we bring to every job.
Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending time with his significant other and their dog, whether they're hiking, exploring the great outdoors, or finding a new place to adventure. He's also an avid motorcycle enthusiast and especially enjoys off-road trail riding when he gets the chance to trade the jobsite for the trails.
For Eddie, Phase One is about combining decades of experience with genuine pride in the work we leave behind — because quality craftsmanship should speak for itself.
