What a beautiful day to enjoy the Peach Festival 🍑

Just because it's a community, doesn't make it cookie-cutter. 🏠

At Queensland Estates, homesite 9 sits high enough for a full daylight basement. Homesite 2, tucked near the wetlands, allows for a partial walkout basement. We walked every homesite here and carefully considered the best solution to maximize the beauty of each individual lot.

Five homesites are still open, 1.10 to 1.45 acres, off 35 Mile Road between Gould and Van D**e.

You can start to see it now…a house becoming a Home.

Parcel H, one of the largest lots in Hidden River Estates. Exterior finished, trim and finishes coming together inside.

A few months ago this was a cleared lot and a set of plans. A series of decisions come together to create a family home.
