On pump skid projects, the best results come from an ongoing relationship between the manufacturer, the electrical contractor, and the team responsible for delivering the finished system.
The more familiar each team becomes with the equipment, production flow, expectations, and final use of the skid, the smoother the work gets.
That relationship helps with:

-Cleaner coordination, Faster problem solving

-More consistent installation standards

-Better planning around repeat builds

-Less wasted time when details change

TPE Electrical Contracting is proud to be a continuing partner in building these pump skids, and we are proud of our team for being the crew manufacturers ask for when this work needs to be done right.
For us, this kind of work is about more than wiring equipment.
It is about understanding how the system is built, how the manufacturer operates, and how the electrical work fits into the larger production schedule.
That is where long-term industrial relationships make a difference.
When both companies know how to work together, the finished product is better for everyone involved.

What makes a subcontractor easy to work with is not just skill.
It is communication.

Most jobsite problems start small—missed coordination, unclear assumptions, schedule changes that do not get shared.

By the time they surface, they cost time and money.

The subs who stand out are the ones who communicate early, stay aligned, and help solve issues before they slow the job down.

Skill gets you hired.
Communication is what earns trust on site.

Some project problems are not electrical problems.

They are coordination problems.

Lighting layouts can look good on paper until HVAC is routed through the same ceiling space.

Equipment locations can seem fine until access, clearances, controls, and future service all have to fit together.

The order of operations can fall apart fast when trades are working from separate assumptions instead of the same plan.

That is why early communication matters.

On commercial and industrial projects, electrical work does not happen in a vacuum. It has to work with mechanical, framing, fire alarm, low voltage, controls, ceilings, equipment, and the schedule.

TPE Electrical Contracting puts a lot of value on planning and coordination because clean installation starts before the crew is standing there trying to solve conflicts in real time.

Better conversations early usually mean fewer surprises later.

The best electrical work usually looks simple once it is finished.

That is the part everyone sees.

What people do not always see is the planning that happens before the install ever starts.

Where the gear needs to land.
How the feeders will route.
How much space is available above the ceiling.
How electrical pathways affect other trades.
Whether the system will make sense for inspection, service, and future access.

Those details matter.

Clean electrical work does not happen by accident. It usually starts with early coordination, smart layout decisions, and a clear understanding of how the work fits into the larger project.

That is why TPE Electrical Contracting takes the early stages seriously.

Because a clean install is not just about what shows up in the final photo.

It is the result of decisions made long before the work ever looked finished.

New project starting in Park Hill, Denver.

TPE Electrical Contracting is getting started inside a historic building with plenty of existing conditions to work through.

Older buildings make you slow down before you speed up.

Before the electrical work gets too far ahead, the first step is understanding what is already there. Existing framing, old pathways, ceiling conditions, previous systems, access points, and the limits of the building all matter.

That early walkthrough saves time later.

We’ll be documenting this one from the rough starting point through finished electrical work, so these are the “before” photos.

Fire & Ice Wellness Spa was a strong project to be part of.

TPE Electrical Contracting provided the electrical construction for this 1,298 square foot wellness spa buildout at Village at the Peaks in Longmont, completed in 2025.

The space includes cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, specialty therapy rooms, finished guest areas, and a clean modern reception area.

On projects like this, the electrical work has to do more than power the space. It has to support the equipment, the lighting, the flow of the rooms, the finished design, and the guest experience.

That is the kind of commercial buildout where coordination matters from the start.

Proud to help bring this one together with the project team.

Built for technical work.

Our crew was onsite supporting another pump skid package through final assembly, handling PLC cabinet wiring, instrumentation terminations, controls integration, and equipment power connections.

Projects like this depend on coordination between electrical, mechanical, and fabrication teams. Clean installs, organized wiring, and accurate terminations help startup go smoother and make future service work far easier.

Current scope includes:

• PLC cabinet wiring and terminations
• Instrumentation device connections
• Equipment power feeds
• Controls wiring integration
• Cable routing, labeling, and organization
• Final assembly electrical support

This is the kind of detailed industrial work TPE is proud to support through an ongoing manufacturing partnership.
