I don't think I've done a formal introduction of who we are and what we stand for. We are a small blended family of five kids and two grandkids if that's what you consider small. Even during busy times we always make time for our family. Our family is what is most important to us whether they are blood or extended family by choice.
I'm going to start off by introducing Frank he is the owner of the company. He may own it but together we run it is what makes us so successful. He has over 24 years experience not only an HVAC but also in full home renovations. He worked for a company that maintained the largest apartment complex with over 800 units in the triad. He is very rounded in all areas including appliance repair plumbing and electrical work. He's great at locating the problems and finding the solutions to fix them but customer service isn't house strong point and that's where I come in.
I'm Alisha I'm a Veteran and I have 20years experience in accounting, marketing as well as real estate. If you call the schedule an appointment I'll be the one you will be speaking with. I calculate all of our estimates and handle our billing.
We both have strong points and that's where we make the perfect team, we were often called the Husband and Wife Team by some of our clients.
