GREAT START TO A REALLY NICE PLAYHOUSE! Playhouse 6 ft deep 12 feet wide. Walls 7 ft tall. House was built to be dismantled and reassembled. Currently is dismantled and stored in a trailer. Can be sold as is or we can reassemble on site. You can pick up or we can deliver. Built as a prop for a church conference but built to be set up and completed as a REAL playhouse/shed. All parts labeled for reassembly. Walls built 16” on center, roof 24” on center. 24” wide door, double hung windows, PVC boxing, 7/16” OSB wall sheathing, 4.5” double Dutch vinyl siding. House is not complete. Rear wall is framed but does not have sheathing or siding. Back roof needs 3 pcs of sheet metal. No floor. We can quote completing the house on your property. Church is selling and will not sell for less than material cost. Asking $4000 or best offer. Lined ditch with gravel used a perforated pipe with a filter and a catch basin to move the water away.
