Small business is not just a category. It is a choice you make every single day.

We made that choice in 2012 when we opened our first office and set out to build something we could be proud of. The goals were clear. Be the best roofing company in town. Serve our community and give back. Support our family and give them a future. Grow sustainably and consistently. Simple goals. Hard work. A whole lot of courage.

Over the years, the company grew in ways we hoped for and ways we never expected. The team became a family. The offices became a place we are proud to walk into every morning. The work became something bigger than just roofing. It became a reputation we protect, a community we are part of, and a legacy we are building for the next generation.

As the company grew, our family did too. And watching both of those things happen at the same time has been the greatest gift we could ask for.
