🧼📚 STEM + Storytime + Science Exploration!
We’re excited to share a hands-on activity featuring the book "I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands!" 👐🔬 This fun session with our Pre-K learners explored why soap is essential in washing away dirt and germs. The kids also got an early introduction to hydrophobic substances—making science part of everyday routines!

Happy everyone! As we look back on the month of March, we can't help but smile at the amazing community event we hosted at our STEM Lab in Snellville. It was an event that brought together children and their families to prepare for the exciting eclipse that happened in April.

We were thrilled to see so many young minds eager to learn about this natural phenomenon. Our team at Pearce Learning Tech, LLC. (PLT) worked tirelessly to create a fun and educational experience for all attendees. From hands-on activities to interactive demonstrations, our goal was to ignite a passion for STEM in every child.

But what made this event truly special was the sense of community it fostered. We were joined by parents, caregivers, and members of the broader community who came together to support and encourage these young learners. It was heartwarming to see everyone working towards a common goal – preparing for the eclipse and inspiring a love for STEM.

As we reflect on this event, we are reminded of our core values at PLT – equitable access, holistic learning, and community enrichment. We believe that events like these not only provide valuable educational experiences but also bring people together and create lasting impact.

Inspired by this initiative, one of our passionate PLT supporters invited us to conduct a similar session over spring break for children in their community. Both events featured hands-on activities designed to deepen participants' understanding of astronomy.

So here's a shoutout to all those who joined us in March and helped make these events a success. And for those who couldn't make it, don't worry – there will be many more opportunities to engage with us in the future. Stay tuned!

A Full-Circle Moment: Inspiring the Next Generation at Henderson Mill

It was a privilege for Pearce Learning Tech to be invited by the Foundation of Georgia's first STEAM-certified elementary school – my very own alma mater, Henderson Mill! Being back brought back wonderful memories from my own time as a student there.

Our partnership with Henderson Mill focused on delivering engaging, hands-on STEM experiences tailored to each grade level. Witnessing the enthusiasm and ingenuity of the students as they explored the natural and digital world was a powerful reminder of the importance of STEAM education.

I am immensely grateful to the school's foundation for seeking out Pearce Learning Tech to contribute to this transformative educational experience. It was a privilege to play a part in inspiring the next generation of thinkers, creators, and innovators at a school that holds a special place in my history.

Here's to a future where education continues to empower, enlighten, and excite!
