For two years water leaks inside this 60 year old house as it was left unattended. New owners came in to give the thrown a whirl and boom. Toilet went through the floor.

This job should cost us under 1000.00
That's the flooring, sub flooring, new toliet, remodeling touches here and there, and the total cost of tools and labor. We might get it in there under 900 total if we really conserve like we do on every job when it will not effect quality or durability.
I'll double that fee to make it 900 to 1000.00 total cost to me. The customer pays me 1800.00 to 2000.00
This is fairly labor intensive but nothing we are not prepared for. Time to complete job should remain under a week and we are aiming for it to be done in under 5 days. Starting today.

Oh yeah, the homeowner also broke the bathtub drain and Knicks a pipe with the saw saw when trying to save his toilet.
It should not effect pricing or time.
The other three quotes he was quoted were 4250, 7000, and 3800.
I double down, the home owner saves signs 2000 or more.
