Big backyard upgrade on this one 🔥

We gave the back of this home a serious transformation with a full Trex exterior upgrade.

🔥 FROM A COLLAPSING OLD BOATHOUSE TO A LAKESIDE FEATURE PIECE 🔥

Sometimes a project is more than just construction—it’s bringing new life back to a piece of history.

This lakeside structure started as the remains of an old boathouse and rail system that once helped launch boats into the water. Years of erosion, failing block walls, and neglect had left the area unsafe and unusable.

After a lot of planning, excavation, masonry work, drainage improvements, and countless blocks, we transformed it into a beautiful multi-tiered lakeside terrace overlooking the water.

✅ Demolition and cleanup of deteriorated structure
✅ Rebuilt and reinforced block retaining walls
✅ Terraced design to maximize usable space
✅ Drainage improvements to combat erosion
