The problem 💡: an HVAC owner shouldn’t have to be the person everyone calls to find out what’s happening.

When leads, schedules, customer messages, invoices, and team knowledge live in different places, the owner becomes the connection between all of them. A simple status question turns into another phone call. A decision waits because nobody knows who can make it.

The solution 💡:
I’m building ServiceFlow to bring that work into one place, from the first customer call to collected payment. The owner dashboard shows what needs attention. The team can track leads, coordinate dispatch, communicate with customers, and follow invoices. Where AI makes a suggestion, a person reviews and approves the decision.

This is the kind of work I do through Atelva. I learn how a business actually operates, find where work gets stuck, and design systems around the people who will use them.

Super grateful for the opportunity to speak at Blk Girls Shoot business summit this weekend. 💕✨

BLK Girls Shoot business summit was such a full-circle moment for me.

To stand in a room filled with talented women photographers and share what I’ve learned about AI, systems, capacity, and building a business that can actually support your growth… whew. I’m still taking it all in.

There was so much wisdom, so many conversations, and so many women genuinely ready to build differently.

I’m also grateful for the reminder that the work I’ve been building matters, the knowledge I carry has value, and there is room for me to keep showing up, teaching, and helping business owners build stronger.

If you’re using Claude to help build your business… you need to know about this update. 👀

And NO ! this doesn’t mean stop using Claude.

I use AI in my own business, and I’m definitely not stopping.

But what it DOES mean is that we have to become more intentional about how we’re using it.

We’re moving out of the era of:

Prompt → Copy → Paste → Done.

AI should help you think, build, create and move faster — but there still needs to be YOU in the process.

Your strategy.Your voice. Your expertise.Your final decision.

And if AI is becoming a real part of how you run your business, now is the time to start putting some structure around it.

Create an AI policy. Decide what AI can help with, what needs your approval, and what information should NEVER be put into an AI tool.

Because AI isn’t going anywhere. The goal is to
Build with AI but Build Wisely.🙌🏽💡
