This used to be a simple slab of concrete. The previous owner roofed it and screened it. We took it to the next level. The slab was sloped so we had to level and flatten it while making all of the needed accommodations for expansion and contraction given the intense late-day direct sunlight. Now they have a gorgeous floor that will give them decades of worry-free enjoyment! - tile - underlayment - leveling compound & thinset

One of my favorite projects to date. Yes, the family was wonderful to work for, but I sure did enjoy making this glass waterfall come together so nicely!











Fresh Paint did the paint. Extremely clean. Extremely sharp lines.

First Glass did the shower glass. Always spot on.
