Previous homeowner had installed a white oak prefinished product they felt best matched their floor not considering they had a red oak floor already. The new homebuyer wanted all the floors to match so with some tweaks to stain we awere able to achieve a nice flow across both species flooring. We removed the the old wood floor and secured the subfloor as well as replacing a section that was raised due to joist issues. Then new wood finished to match the existing wood floors, 5 days start to finish all while the customer relaxed at the beach.
