Meet John. π
West Point graduate. Army combat veteran. Husband, girl dad x2, and proud black lab owner, and one of the incredible clinicians behind the work we do at Motus Nova.
John spent the first half of his military career as a combat-arms officer, deploying multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan and earning two Bronze Stars along the way. Halfway through, he pivoted into physical therapy β and never looked back. He went on to manage rehab clinics at West Point, lead rehabilitation at Camp Zama in Japan, and retire in 2022 as Director of Rehabilitation at Fort Campbell, supporting the 101st Airborne Division.
Today, he's a PT and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with Motus Nova, helping patients in the greater Nashville area access neuro-rehab devices for at-home recovery, bridging the gap between clinic visits and real progress.
When he's not in the clinic, you'll find him in the woods with a bow πΉ, planting oak trees from acorns, or attempting to grow avocados from the pit .Based in Clarksville, TN and still missing Pennsylvania snow. βοΈ
We're so glad to have him on the team. π
