Handcrafted Homes, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Judy Mozen with the express intent to design, build and renovate homes that illustrate attention to detail in every aspect of construction from relations with the homeowners, and execution of the process, to the nature of the final product. Randy Urquhart, Vice President, joined the leadership of Handcrafted

Homes, Inc in 1986 and has emphasized the same attention to detail in his handling of client communications and finances. The staff of Handcrafted Homes, Inc is proud of their educational certifications, membership in professional organizations and community leadership. Judy Mozen has served as Secretary, Treasurer, President Elect, and President of NARI National, and most recently she served as the Chair of the NARI National Board of Directors. has membership in the Better Business Bureau, Leadership Atlanta, and the Commerce Club. Along with two Georgia State Residential/Light Commercial licenses, our staff has the following certifications: Master Certified Remodeler and Green Certified Professional with NARI, Certified Professional Builder and Certified Green Professional with GAHBA, EarthCraft Builder and Renovator, International Code Council Residential Building Inspector, and EPA Lead Renovation Firm.
