Another mobile welding & fabrication job wrapped up! 🔥

This project called for a new 18’ wide × 14’ tall garage door opening in an existing metal building.

We came in on site and fabricated the steel framework needed for the new opening, including the uprights, header, and bracing. Once the framework was in place and secured, we cut out the existing siding and opened the building up for the new roll up door.

We didn’t install the garage door itself. GLS Fabrication LLC handled the structural steel fabrication and opening preparation to get it ready for the door installation.

Big or small, if you need welding or fabrication done at your location, give GLS Fabrication LLC a call.

Another mobile welding repair knocked out! 🔥

This Bush Hog had seen some years of hard work and needed some attention. We cut out the damaged and rusted sections of the deck, fitted and welded in new sheet steel, and fabricated new side skids to replace the worn out ones.

No need to haul the equipment to a shop. We brought the welding rig to the customer and handled the repairs on site.

If you have a Bush Hog, tractor attachment, trailer, farm equipment, or heavy equipment that’s cracked, worn out, or rusted through, give GLS Fabrication LLC a call. A lot of equipment can be repaired and put back to work without replacing the whole thing.

🔥 Another heavy duty repair knocked out by GLS Fabrication LLC 🔥

Customer brought in this dump trailer with a severely worn out hinge that simply couldn’t handle the workload anymore. Instead of a quick patch job, we rebuilt it to last. 💪

✅ Removed the old worn out hinge and cleaned everything out
✅ Added 3/8” reinforcement plates in the web to stiffen and strengthen the structure
✅ Custom built a brand new hinge using 3” x 1/2” wall round tube with a 2” solid pin, machined down for an exact fit
✅ Added a grease fitting for lubrication to improve function and help prevent future wear

Everything was custom built and machined to an exact fit all the way to the mill, built to handle real work and keep this trailer going.

At GLS Fabrication, we don’t just repair it, we build it back stronger. If your trailer, equipment, or metal work is worn out, cracked, or broken, send us a message and let’s get it fixed right.
