L & M Construction and Remodeling, LLC We remodel, add additions, create decks, replace roofs, and help you maintain and upgrade your home. We operate in the State of Georgia.

We also do home inspections and work with your Insurance company on storm or flood damage. On April 1, 1997 , husband and wife team, Mike and Lanie McCrumb introduced a new way of remodeling to the metro Atlanta market. Throughout the conception of L & M Construction and Remodeling they continually looked to find new ways to improve the remodeling experience for their clients. Lanie wanted to cha

nge the way that remodeling and construction had been viewed in the past. No more continual construction mess, no uneducated contractors or subcontractors, no more lack of communication between the client and their contractor. Mike wanted to take all his past construction knowledge in multi family and single family construction and apply it to each and every client's remodel. The merging of these passions have led them through the last eighteen years with word of mouth advertising only. L & M Construction and Remodeling's projects for their clients are always one of a kind. We tailor each individual project to that client's needs. As you know, our temperatures will bottom out tonight. PLEASE drip more than one faucet on warm to engage both pipes then take beach towels and wrap them around your outdoor water turn on and wrap them in place with duct tape.

We Strongly urge you to drip your faucets with Warm water to prevent your pipes from Freezing. This keeps water moving through both hot and cold water pipes. Be safe !
