Our industry has taken us across the USA and internationally for a trade dating back to BC. When traveling to the upper Midwest, we came to the realization skillsets with early exploration somehow dissolved 30-50 years before us. Maybe it was law makers trying to redesign industry or unifying standards for education practices. If there’s anything we have learned from history, cultures, practices, skillsets, and technology. That aspects of those key factors can get lost as civilizations change. Pivoting in change comes with pros and cons if history is erased. America is a melting pot of culture and beliefs meeting a new milestone, 250 years in the making.
The United States of America is Brand New, Yes New! Especially when you compare history and architecture around the globe to 900 AD and the cusp of BC. This was our first time working on a project in a colony community. We were left with strong impressions of their foundations in agriculture, skillsets, and business. As a community they realized the critical importance of infrastructure and daily living.
Meaning ancient skillsets don't get benched...
