ANCIENT SKILLSETS DONT GET BENCHED!

We are proud to be a part of an industry that dates back to BC. We are talking about brick, and mortar mentions to the time of genesis. Our family has three centuries of building tradition >>> it's our family's passion and legacy for an industry critical to infrastructure.

We visited our first ever colony this month, and it was an eye-opening experience to have a project on that kind of land. Oh, the places skillsets will take you.

Our industry has taken us across the USA and internationally for a trade dating back to BC. When traveling to the upper Midwest, we came to the realization skillsets with early exploration somehow dissolved 30-50 years before us. Maybe it was law makers trying to redesign industry or unifying standards for education practices. If there’s anything we have learned from history, cultures, practices, skillsets, and technology. That aspects of those key factors can get lost as civilizations change. Pivoting in change comes with pros and cons if history is erased. America is a melting pot of culture and beliefs meeting a new milestone, 250 years in the making.

The United States of America is Brand New, Yes New! Especially when you compare history and architecture around the globe to 900 AD and the cusp of BC. This was our first time working on a project in a colony community. We were left with strong impressions of their foundations in agriculture, skillsets, and business. As a community they realized the critical importance of infrastructure and daily living.
Meaning ancient skillsets don't get benched...

For the 2026-27 school year we're bringing innovation to field trips for exploration early to IMI Training Facilities. The Trowel Trades offers 8 different trade-based industries. Offering guidance on how to begin the application process for the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers ADC1 of Illinois, insights on how to set up your LinkedIn profile and CTE pathways.

Well, be doing this for 4 high schools >>> West Aurora High SchoolSchool, East Aurora School District 131ict 131, Oswego Community Unit School District 308 High schools.

Lets do some math for a minute >>>If 20 students start exploration early with direct pathways for 4 different schools,
4 X 20 = 80 students with a trade focused pathway.
Semiannually 80 x 2 = 160 and quarterly 80 x 4 = 320 students

To keep our Presentations lively for THE HALLOWEEN SEASON. We had a surprise guest drop in from King Kong and The Living Dead Girl!
Highlighting our The Drop Dead Gala Return's and why it matters supporting our new initiative with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers for students to explore trades at the union hall as early as Eighth Grade with a direct path of study and student scholarships. Thank you to our union for sending out August & Brandon. Thank you to our volunteers for making this event memorable. RHK Lunch & Learn for Montgomery & Oswego Chamber Members was a success!
