We are honored to have Aalo CEO Matt Loszak at the White House with President Trump to celebrate nuclear criticality milestones and progress.

Aalo is proud to build under the leadership of the President, DOE, and NRC.

Before we went critical, we went with sodium. ⚛️

This test loop video became a fan favorite. It captured one of the first moments our reactor design started to feel real, with liquid sodium flowing through hardware designed and developed by Aalo.

The Aalo-X power plant has two halves: the reactor that makes the heat, and the sodium systems that turn it into electricity.
Work like this test loop helps derisk the sodium half, and earlier this month, criticality at Idaho National Laboratory proved out the reactor half.

Next, we put them together in Aalo-X

Nuclear sites are engineered to be safe by design, with physical and personnel redundancies at every layer.

Drilling ensure operators execute protocol perfectly, even under stress.
