Another clean-out wrapped up. ✅

We recently helped with a full company closing clean-out, handling everything from office contents and equipment removal to loading, hauling, and final site cleanup.

Projects like this can involve a lot more than just throwing things away. Equipment has to be sorted, heavy items safely removed, usable material separated, debris hauled off, and the property left clean and ready for whatever comes next.

Sclafani Construction Services can help with:

* Business and warehouse clean-outs
* Office furniture and equipment removal
* Heavy item and scrap removal
* Debris hauling and disposal
* Final site cleanup

If your business, property, or facility needs a complete clean-out, we can handle the job from start to finish.

Our crew has been hard at work removing the old materials, addressing underlying issues like hidden moisture damage, and prepping the surfaces for a fresh, modern finish.

Scope of Work So Far:
• Full flooring removal (laminate, carpet, and adhesive)
• Wall panel removal and surface prep
• Moisture damage mitigation and patchwork
• Site clean-up and prep for new installation
