It’s often said that you get what you pay for, but when it comes to electrical work, cutting corners is a liability no property owner can afford.
In this photo, we see a prime example of what happens when supervision and standard protocols are ignored during a rough-in installation. We are looking at a daisy-chained circuit where the neutral line was compromised—stripped in the middle of a continuous run to force an unnecessary connection. This resulted in significant arcing and carbon buildup, creating a hidden fire hazard right behind the kitchen wall.
As a Home Diagnostic Specialist℠, my job is to look past the surface. I don't just "change outlets." I verify the integrity of the entire circuit to ensure the safety of the building and the longevity of your investment. Quality isn't a suggestion; it’s a standard.
We are currently sourcing the correct, code-compliant materials to ensure this repair is done to the highest professional standard. Stay tuned for the final, corrected installation.
