🚨 You never know what’s hiding behind your walls.

Today we responded to a call for a mysterious wall leak. When we arrived, we found water dripping out near a 220-volt electrical junction box—a situation that could have led to significant property damage and a serious electrical hazard.

After opening the wall, we discovered the culprit: a severely deteriorated 4-inch cast iron drain pipe that had completely rusted through and was dumping kitchen sink wastewater directly inside the wall cavity.

We removed the failed cast iron piping and replaced it with new PVC drain pipe, eliminating the leak and preventing further damage to the home.
