One of the projects we mentioned in our last update was this 600-square-foot home addition in Barboursville, which we want to share some finish pics.

This was a turnkey project of new living space that included a kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom and utility/laundry area.

We'll be adding more photos from this project—including before, progress and finished photos—to our website soon.

We may not have been posting much lately, but we’ve definitely been busy!

Over the past several weeks, our guys have been wrapping up projects, making progress on others, and getting ready to start a few more.

**Residential Remodel (West Pea Ridge) — Completed**
We wrapped up a substantial remodel that included a new kitchen with a tile backsplash, rebuilding and updating the stairway, new LVT and other flooring, trim and wall painting—including two accent walls—and other improvements throughout the home.

**Private School Renovations (Scott Depot) — Completed**
This project included painting walls, removing the old bathroom partitions and replacing them with new ones, installing flake epoxy flooring, and replacing and painting double exit doors and frames. We also ran into a water issue on a wall outside the bathrooms, so our guys scraped and treated the affected area before painting.

One detail worth noticing in the photos is the striped cinder-block walls. Getting crisp, straight lines across the uneven surface of block and mortar takes extra care and skill. Take a close look at the pictures and you'll see how clean those lines turned out.

**Townhome/Duplex Renovations (near Ritter Park) — Completed**
New flooring, fresh paint and other updates helped get these properties ready for their new tenants—and the tenants have now moved in.

**20-Unit Apartment Renovation (near Marshall University) — Progressing**
Work continues throughout this property with new flooring, trim, drywall and painting, kitchen updates, plumbing repairs and other improvements to the individual units.

**Rental Property Renovation (Barboursville) — In Progress**
We're also renovating a two-story rental property purchased by an investor at auction and working through the improvements needed to bring the property back to life.

**Kitchen, Bathroom & Flooring Remodel (Milton) — Recently Started**
Our guys have gotten started on another residential remodel involving the kitchen, bathroom and flooring.

**Deck Project (Barboursville/Huntington area) — Coming Up**
Another project that is expected to get underway later this month.

**Whole-Home Renovation (East Pea Ridge) — Coming Up**
A contract has been recently signed for a whole-home renovation in the East Pea Ridge neighborhood and are looking forward to getting started on that one.

We’ll be making some individual posts on several of these projects in the upcoming weeks so you can get a closer look at the work our guys have been doing.

📍 Project Update

Thank you to the homeowners, property owners, investors, and businesses across the Tri-State who continue to choose our team.

We realized it's been quite a while since our last update. Not because things have slowed down, but because we've been busy helping clients move their plans forward.

Here's a look at what we've been working on:

• The 600-square-foot addition in Barboursville is essentially complete, with only countertop installation remaining.

• Following previous renovation work by our team, we were awarded additional office renovation projects at a Fortune 200 energy company facility in Catlettsburg, Kentucky.

• Work is underway on the rehabilitation of a 20-unit apartment complex near Marshall University, involving extensive cleanout work, plumbing repairs, and unit renovations.

• An insurance restoration project in Scott Depot where hail-damaged siding will be replaced.

• An investment property in Barboursville is being transformed into a rental home with new framing, painting, flooring, kitchen upgrades, and bathroom renovations.

• A large residential remodel in Huntington that includes a basement renovation, flooring, painting, stair improvements, and a major kitchen transformation.

Recently Completed:

• An investment property in Huntington was completed and is now occupied by tenants.

• Accessibility improvements and interior upgrades for a homeowner in Barboursville, including hardwood flooring, drywall work, skylight framing, and other custom improvements.

• A major ceiling repair project in Barboursville requiring drywall replacement, texture matching, and painting.
