Sometimes you can’t see the extent of the damage between walls until you expose a wall. In this case we were hoping to save the tile by opening an adjacent hallway wall and that’s when we observed some suspect growth on the back side of the tile walls. Can’t wait to dry this out and put back another beautiful bathroom for the homeowners.
