Renovation Project Highlights! 

We initiated this project by leveling the addition, which involved jacking up the structure and installing concrete footers to ensure load-bearing capacity.

Following this, we removed load-bearing walls and reconfigured window placements, enlarging some to enhance natural lighting.

The renovation included new framing, installation of Andersen windows and a sliding patio door, and new siding.

This old house!!

The homeowner sought to open up the soon-to-be kitchen by removing a load-bearing support wall.
