OEM Plus airbox for the 1986 to 1991 944 Turbo and Turbo S. It keeps the factory look and every factory mounting point, then upgrades everything else:

Updated geometry inside for better flow
SLS printed PA12 nylon, shot peened
Clear cast acrylic lid that puts your filter on display
Brass threaded inserts and stainless hardware throughout
TPU grommet seals it to the fender

Bolts right in and takes the stock size filter. We run a K&N.

$1,600. Includes the lower, the upper with the acrylic lid, and the tube to the fender. Filter not included.

How many haters do we got on the stainless 3D-printed parts? Now that we know that we can expand them, are they just as good as raw stainless?

I'm super impressed over the past month with what we have accomplished with 3D-printed parts, incorporating them into our everyday production, let alone making 300 variants of 3D-printed products available on the website to help with labor-intensive junctions.

Every 3D printed part we make, in one place. Nine families, all butt weld or slip fit, all printed in metal.

0.75D tight radius elbows in every size from 1 to 6 in. Compound elbows for S offsets and two plane bends. Straight transitions from 1 to 8 in. 90 degree split Ys, H pipe junctions, cope junctions for laterals and tees, 2 into 1 merges, twin tip splitters and our teardrop twin tips.

316L stainless for exhaust. The elbows and compound elbows also come in aluminum for the cold side (intake and charge pipe).
