🚨 Another preventable issue we found in the field.
A previous company replaced the evaporator coil but left behind an emergency drain pan that was the wrong size. When the primary drain backed up, the overflow missed the pan and leaked onto the platform, causing damage to the sheetrock below.
We replaced the pan with the correct size and made sure the drainage system was set up properly.
This is why hiring a qualified HVAC professional matters. Anyone can replace parts, but attention to detail is what protects your home from costly water damage and future headaches.
