You’re going to get 3 quotes for your roof.
And there’s a good chance they’re going to be thousands of dollars apart.
One will be suspiciously cheap.
One will make you wonder if they’re replacing the roof on a completely different house.
And one will probably land somewhere in the middle.
You’ll look at all three and think:
“How can these prices be THAT different?”
I’m Logan Burton, owner of Epic Roofing & Renovation.
So let me tell you what’s really going on.
The materials cost what they cost.
Most reputable roofing companies are buying from the same major manufacturers:
GAF.
Owens Corning.
CertainTeed.
Atlas.
So the shingles on a $12,000 roof and the shingles on an $18,000 roof can be very similar.
The difference is what happens around those materials.
That cheap quote?
They may be cutting corners you can’t see.
Maybe they’re using cheaper labor.
Maybe important steps are being skipped.
Maybe they’re leaving out things that you won’t notice until there’s a problem.
And when that roof starts leaking a couple years later?
Good luck finding the guy who installed it.
Then there’s the expensive quote.
They may do excellent work.
But you could also be paying for huge overhead, sales commissions, expensive advertising, multiple layers of management, and a whole lot of corporate expenses.
We believe there’s a better way.
At Epic Roofing & Renovation, we focus on what actually matters:
Quality materials.
Quality workmanship.
Proper installation.
Clear communication.
And standing behind the work we do.
We want to build a company that’s still here when you need us years from now.
Not just a company that gets your deposit today.
And we also understand that replacing a roof is a major expense.
That’s why we offer flexible financing options, including $0 down financing for qualified homeowners.
You shouldn’t have to drain your savings just to protect your home.
So if you’re getting multiple roofing quotes, don’t just compare the bottom line.
Compare what you’re actually getting for your money.
Ask what materials are being used.
Ask what’s included.
Ask who is doing the work.
Ask about warranties.
And most importantly—
Ask who’s going to answer the phone when you need them.

If you need a new roof, give us the opportunity to earn your business.
We’ll come out, inspect your roof, answer your questions, and give you a straightforward, honest quote.
No pressure. No games. No guessing.
Just a roof done right.
