Every hour of work moved to Amelia is an hour you don't have to staff, house, or support at a remote site.

Here's the math owners keep asking us about: about 33% fewer manhours per equivalent inch of weld when the work is done in our shop instead of the field.

Where the savings come from:

▪️ No field support burden: no cranes, tents, laydown, or forklifts tied up on site

▪️ QC before shipment: QC packages, weld traceability, and documentation are finished before the module ships

▪️ Shop hydrotesting: testing in the shop takes risk off the field schedule

Out in the field, weather, congestion, and long mobilizations wear down productivity every day. In the shop, you have controlled conditions, overhead cranes, and crews who go home at night.

Our Amelia yard sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, so finished modules can loadout at our bulkhead and travel by barge.

You can't inspect quality into a job. Either it was built right, or it wasn't.

Our Quality Control Program is built on the three things that actually hold up under scrutiny: accountability, traceability, and repeatable results. Our procedural manuals keep every crew aligned to the same specifications and client expectations, so the standard holds whether it's the first spool or the five-hundredth.

The real reason our quality holds is that our supervisors and craftsmen take it personally, and we encourage success through positive reinforcement. Our team works together through skill, hard work, and consistent communication to deliver the quality our clients have come to expect.

Summer's over, but the impact these two made isn't going anywhere.

As fall begins, we want to take a moment to recognize Ethan Jardell and Chris Felps Jr. for the work they put in and the growth we watched happen in real time over the summer.

Ethan spent his summer in the field, working alongside our piping crews and getting a real education in what it takes to build. He helped pipefitters with installation and fit-up, staged materials and equipment, assisted with measurements and layout, and learned our safety and rigging practices from the ground up. He also kept work areas organized so the crew could stay efficient and safe. More than the tasks themselves, what stood out was his attitude: eager to learn, easy to work with, and someone the crew could count on from day one.

Chris spent time learning the processes behind billing and accounts receivable. He also worked directly with our onsite teams on timekeeping and kept them updated on budgets, giving him a front row seat to how the numbers and the fieldwork connect. On top of that, Chris got hands on with project drawings and documents, helping with pricing and estimating for potential scopes and change orders, real work with real stakes.

Thank you, Ethan and Chris, for the energy, the curiosity, and the hard work you brought to Bronco this summer. We're proud to have played a part in your journey, and we can't wait to see where it takes you next.

Bronco successfully completed the installation of a new air compressor and air dryer skid as part of a critical utilities upgrade supporting a local chemical facility’s continued growth and expansion.

This project provides additional compressed air capacity needed to support existing operations and future development across the facility.

As the General Contractor, Bronco provided a complete turnkey solution encompassing mechanical, structural, electrical, painting, and insulation scopes.

By coordinating and executing multiple disciplines, Bronco delivered an important infrastructure upgrade that will play a key role in supporting the facility’s continued growth.

Here’s what went into this project:

▪️ 4500 lf of 5kV cable

▪️ 2,000 lf of carbon and stainless-steel pipe

We’re looking for someone with 5-10 years of estimating experience and a strong background in heavy industrial construction, particularly petrochemical, refining, chemical, manufacturing, or similar facilities.

In this role, you'll own estimates from initial review through final proposal. The right candidate should have experience with:

▪️ Developing detailed estimates for lump-sum and competitive-bid projects

▪️ Structural steel er****on, piping fabrication & installation, equipment installation, and other industrial scopes

▪️ Reviewing drawings, specifications, bid documents, and subcontractor proposals

▪️ Building labor, material, equipment, and subcontract pricing

As we continue to grow in the mission-critical infrastructure sector, we are proud to announce another data center project in which we have been chosen as the trade partner for all mechanical and plumbing scopes on two new buildings.

Each data center building is 50,000 square feet and will have 4 MW capacity, for a total of 8 MW.
