Getting a property ready for a new home takes more than just clearing the land!

We recently completed a full site-preparation project on this one-acre lot. We started by clearing the property, then piled and burned the debris before thoroughly root-raking the entire site.

Once the clearing and cleanup were complete, we graded the lot and built a mobile-home pad to prepare the property for its new home. We also installed a new driveway with a culvert pipe, providing proper access to the property while allowing for drainage along the roadway.

From the initial clearing to the final grade, we were able to take this property from an untouched lot to a clean, prepared homesite ready for the next phase.

From wooded lot to ready for a new home!

On this project, we cleared approximately one acre of property, piled and burned the debris, and root-raked the entire lot to remove remaining roots and unwanted material. We then graded the property and prepared a mobile-home pad, leaving the site clean, level, and ready for the next step.

Sometimes a property just needs the right finishing work to bring it all together!

On this job, the property had already been cleared and the remaining debris had been piled up. We came in to finish the job by safely burning the debris, root-raking the entire property, and grading the lot to leave behind a clean, smooth, and finished surface.

On this project, we graded out numerous loads of hauled-in clay to construct two large building pads. Each pad was carefully graded and prepared to provide a solid, level foundation for the next phase of construction.

Another job completed by Cauley Excavating & Construction, LLC!

For this project, we regraded the entire lot to ensure proper elevation and drainage, constructed a pad for the new mobile home, and added a drainage ditch along the driveway to help manage water runoff and protect the property.

From site preparation to the finishing touches, our goal was to make sure this property was properly prepared and ready for the new home you see sitting on it today.

Cauley Excavating & Construction LLC is looking to hire an experienced equipment operator immediately. Pay will be determined by experience and work ethic.

Requirements include:
• A good work ethic
• Punctuality
• Reliability
• Honesty
• Experience operating large equipment -
specifically Excavators, Bulldozers, & on-site Dump
Trucks
• Reliable Transportation
• Drug use will not be tolerated
• Smoking will not be tolerated in the equipment (If
you need to smoke take a 5 minute break outside)

Everyday task will include:
• Fueling and lubricating the machine your operating
• Operating a chainsaw occasionally
• Occasionally using a shovel or rake when digging
around utility’s
• Chaining down equipment when we’re moving
equipment to and from jobs
• Occasional assistance servicing equipment when
called for
• Land clearing & grading

My equipment is air conditioned and very well kept. I will not have you operating ragged equipment. We never work on Sundays, but an occasional Saturday may be required.
