We're excited to shine a spotlight on a valuable member of our team, Troy Walker, who has dedicated over 13 years (Six years full-time) to our company.
Troy started his journey with us while still in high school, working in the shop. After a successful college career at Marshall University, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Troy then decided to continue his career path with Elgin full-time.
As Accounting Manager, Troy plays a pivotal role in refining our accounting department’s workflow and expanding our capabilities in tracking jobs, costs, and inventory. His previous experience as Costing Manager aided him in his preparation for this position. He goes above and beyond, willingly taking on responsibilities additional to his job description, such as I.T. management. His expertise and commitment to self-improvement have been invaluable assets to our team.

Troy embodies this spirit by consistently addressing issues, offering solutions, and driving progress within our company.
