So often, you only hear from the squeaky wheel or you only get complaints -- I try and do the opposite. I like to acknowledge when things have gone really well.
I simply wanted to let you know that the young man you sent to my house last week to service the A/C units is really wonderful as a technician.
He's on time, he's polite, and he's professional -- he explains everything he's doing, what he found and recommends going forward.
When we had a problem last summer with our A/C, your office sent him; he remembered me, remembered the house and where are the units/compressors/blowers are.
You have trained him well and he represents your organization in an exemplary manner.
As a former business owner, I realize how difficult it is to find good employees, with good work integrity and ethics -- He fit's the bill of a wonderful technician.
