Progress continues at our Rock Solid – Evergreen project in Nutley, NJ! The roofing system is complete and the building is now watertight. MEP rough-ins for the units were completed this month, and work is continuing with wall insulation, sheetrock, and taping. Masonry has started on the north elevation, with Hardie® siding now going up in the courtyard. Utility tie-ins are also nearing completion, with gas and water in place and electrical work progressing. More updates coming soon!
